Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellors they are established.Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established.
Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered.
Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. If I speak with the languages of men and of angels, but don’t have love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.
O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.Give thanks to Yahweh! Call on his name! Make his doings known among the peoples.
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.So is my word that goes out of my mouth: it will not return to me void, but it will accomplish that which I please, and it will prosper in the thing I sent it to do.
A fool hath no delight in understanding, but that his heart may discover itself.A fool has no delight in understanding, but only in revealing his own opinion.

An hypocrite with his mouth destroyeth his neighbour: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered. With his mouth the godless man destroys his neighbor, but the righteous will be delivered through knowledge.
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, Yahweh, my rock, and my redeemer.
While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him. While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them. Behold, a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Listen to him.”
A fool's lips enter into contention, and his mouth calleth for strokes.A fool’s lips come into strife, and his mouth invites beatings.
In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury. In all hard work there is profit, but the talk of the lips leads only to poverty.
Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad.Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down, but a kind word makes it glad.
The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked speaketh frowardness. The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable, but the mouth of the wicked is perverse.
But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost. When they lead you away and deliver you up, don’t be anxious beforehand or premeditate what you will say, but say whatever will be given you in that hour. For it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.For, “He who would love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good. Let him seek peace and pursue it.”
