- God created everything through him,

- And Jesus said to him, “Go, for your faith has healed you.” Instantly the man could see, and he followed Jesus down the road.
- When I refused to confess my sin,
my body wasted away,
and I groaned all day long. - Direct your children onto the right path,
and when they are older, they will not leave it. - May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace.
- When God raised up his servant, Jesus, he sent him first to you people of Israel, to bless you by turning each of you back from your sinful ways.
- He was despised and rejected—
a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief.
We turned our backs on him and looked the other way.
He was despised, and we did not care. - So Jesus told them, “My message is not my own; it comes from God who sent me.”
- So prepare your minds for action and exercise self-control. Put all your hope in the gracious salvation that will come to you when Jesus Christ is revealed to the world.
