Then Peter came to him and asked, “Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Well then, am I suggesting that the law of God is sinful? Of course not! In fact, it was the law that showed me my sin. I would never have known that coveting is wrong if the law had not said, “You must not covet.” Romans 7:7	What then should we say? That the law is sin? By no means! Yet, if it had not been for the law, I would not have known sin. I would not have known what it is to covet if the law had not said, “You shall not covet.” sin law desires

Give to everyone what you owe them: Pay your taxes and government fees to those who collect them, and give respect and honor to those who are in authority. So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him. Then I observed that most people are motivated to success because they envy their neighbors. But this, too, is meaningless—like chasing the wind. So faith comes from hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about Christ. Romans 10:17	So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the word of Christ. faith evangelism listening
That’s why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God. Romans 8:8	And those who are in the flesh cannot please God. sin dependence desires
Then Jesus shouted, “Father, I entrust my spirit into your hands!” And with those words he breathed his last. Luke 23:46	Then Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.” Having said this, he breathed his last. easter Jesus Father
Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith. Galatians 6:10	So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us work for the good of all, and especially for those of the family of faith. gentleness neighbor goodness
And Nehemiah continued, “Go and celebrate with a feast of rich foods and sweet drinks, and share gifts of food with people who have nothing prepared. This is a sacred day before our Lord.
