Bible Verses about 'Then'

But Jesus told them, “I will be with you only a little longer. Then I will return to the one who sent me.”Jesus then said, “I will remain with you only for a short time longer, and then I shall return to him who sent me.”
Then you will understand what is right, just, and fair, and you will find the right way to go.Then you will understand equity and justice as well as righteousness—every good path.
Then what will you think if you see the Son of Man ascend to heaven again? What then if you were to behold the Son of Man ascend to where he was before?
Well then, since God’s grace has set us free from the law, does that mean we can go on sinning? Of course not! What then? Should we sin because we are not under the Law but under grace? Of course not!
Pride leads to disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom. When pride is nurtured, disgrace soon follows, but wisdom is the hallmark of the humble.
What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?What then can we say in response to all this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Then I heard the Lord asking, “Whom should I send as a messenger to this people? Who will go for us?” I said, “Here I am. Send me.”I then heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? Who will go for us?” I said, “Here I am. Send me!”
I made a covenant with my eyes not to look with lust at a young woman.I have made a covenant with my eyes not to look with desire upon a virgin.
I do not treat the grace of God as meaningless. For if keeping the law could make us right with God, then there was no need for Christ to die.I do not set aside the grace of God, for if justification comes through the Law, then Christ died for nothing.
Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.God said, “Let there be light!” And there was light.

Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.Do not let this book of the law be absent from your mouth; meditate upon it day and night, so that you might carefully observe everything that is written in it. Then you will prosper and be successful.
Well then, should we keep on sinning so that God can show us more and more of his wonderful grace? Of course not! Since we have died to sin, how can we continue to live in it?What then shall we say? Should we persist in sin in order that grace may abound? Of course not! We have died to sin. How can we live in it any longer?
That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong. For this reason, I rejoice when I endure weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and distress for the sake of Christ. For it is when I am weak that I am strong.

But the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and the fruit of good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere. However, the wisdom that comes from above is first of all pure, then peaceable, gentle, and considerate, full of mercy and good fruits, without any trace of partiality or hypocrisy.
