Let no unwholesome word come out of your mouth, but if there is any good word for edification according to the need of the moment, say that, so that it will give grace to those who hear. For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up! Now Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath. And there was a woman who for eighteen years had had a sickness caused by a spirit; and she was bent over double, and could not straighten up at all. When Jesus saw her, He called her over and said to her, “Woman, you are freed from your sickness.” And He laid His hands on her; and immediately she stood up straight again, and began glorifying God. But the synagogue leader, indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, began saying to the crowd in response, “There are six days during which work should be done; so come during them and get healed, and not on the Sabbath day.” But the Lord answered him and said, “You hypocrites, does each of you on the Sabbath not untie his ox or donkey from the stall and lead it away to water it? And this woman, a daughter of Abraham as she is, whom Satan has bound for eighteen long years, should she not have been released from this restraint on the Sabbath day?” And as He said this, all His opponents were being humiliated; and the entire crowd was rejoicing over all the glorious things being done by Him. Luke 13:10-17	On one Sabbath as Jesus was teaching in the synagogue, a woman was present, possessed by a spirit that had crippled her for eighteen years. She was bent over and completely unable to stand up straight. When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said, “Woman, you are freed from your infirmity.” Then he laid his hands on her, and immediately she stood up straight and began praising God. But the leader of the synagogue was indignant because Jesus had effected a cure on the Sabbath, and he said to the assembled people, “There are six days when work is permitted. Come on those days and be cured, and not on the Sabbath.” The Lord said to him in reply, “You hypocrites! Is there a single one of you who does not untie his ox or his donkey and lead it from its stall to give it water on the Sabbath? Should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has held bound for eighteen long years, be set free from this bondage on the Sabbath?” At these words, all his adversaries were put to shame, and the people rejoiced at all the wonderful things he was doing. miracles healing sabbath
Oh, Lord God! Behold, You Yourself have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing is too difficult for You. For Christ is the end of the Law for righteousness to everyone who believes. Romans 10:4	For Christ is the fulfillment of the Law for the justification of all who believe. faith law righteousness
Do not be mismatched with unbelievers; for what do righteousness and lawlessness share together, or what does light have in common with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14	Do not associate with unbelievers. For what basis can there be for a partnership between righteousness and lawlessness? What do light and darkness have in common? law righteousness relationships
But sexual immorality or any impurity or greed must not even be mentioned among you, as is proper among saints. Ephesians 5:3	Indeed, fornication and impurity of any kind, as well as greed, should not even be mentioned among you. Such talk is not fitting for saints. sin greed holiness
And tongues that looked like fire appeared to them, distributing themselves, and a tongue rested on each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with different tongues, as the Spirit was giving them the ability to speak out. When good things increase, those who consume them increase. So what is the advantage to their owners except to look at them? Ecclesiastes 5:11	When riches increase, so do those who are eager to accumulate them, and those who have accumulated them must remain content simply to feast their eyes on them. materialism money desires
Greater love has no one than this, that a person will lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13	No one can have greater love than to lay down his life for his friends. love sacrifice friendship
But godliness actually is a means of great gain when accompanied by contentment. 1 Timothy 6:6	Godliness produces great gain, but only to those who are content. faith joy materialism
If only they had such a heart in them, to fear Me and keep all My commandments always, so that it would go well with them and with their sons forever! Deuteronomy 5:29	Oh, that they would have fear of me in their hearts and they would observe all of my commandments always. Then things would go well with them and their children forever. law obedience blessing
Now a mediator is not for one party only; but God is only one. Galatians 3:20	Now an intermediary is not necessary when there is only one party, and God is one. mediator
All day long he is craving, While the righteous gives and does not hold back. Proverbs 21:26	All day long the godless man continues to covet, whereas the righteous man gives unsparingly. greed giving materialism
