is to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,
delighting in the Lord’s perfections
and meditating in his Temple. - Direct your children onto the right path,
and when they are older, they will not leave it. - Whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be shouted from the housetops for all to hear!
- Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you.
- Honor your father and mother. Then you will live a long, full life in the land the Lord your God is giving you.
- Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.
