Bible Verses about 'Trust and obey'
- When I am afraid,
I will put my trust in You. - Trust in the Lord and do good;
Live in the land and cultivate faithfulness. - And the people said to Joshua, “We will serve the Lord our God and obey His voice.”

Teach me the way in which I should walk;
For to You I lift up my soul. - But this is what I commanded them, saying, ‘Obey My voice, and I will be your God, and you will be My people; and you shall walk entirely in the way which I command you, so that it may go well for you.’

A stronghold in the day of trouble,
And He knows those who take refuge in Him. - You shall follow the Lord your God and fear Him; and you shall keep His commandments, listen to His voice, serve Him, and cling to Him.
- Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
And whose trust is the Lord.
For he will be like a tree planted by the water
That extends its roots by a stream,
And does not fear when the heat comes;
But its leaves will be green,
And it will not be anxious in a year of drought,
Nor cease to yield fruit. - The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace,
Because he trusts in You. - Protect me, God, for I take refuge in You.

Which You have stored up for those who fear You,
Which You have performed for those who take refuge in You,
Before the sons of mankind! - The Lord is my strength and my shield;
My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped;

And with my song I shall thank Him. - If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments so as to carry them out, then I shall give you rains in their season, so that the land will yield its produce and the trees of the field will bear their fruit.
- Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God; and whatever we ask, we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight.

On those who wait for His faithfulness. - But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting for those who fear Him,
And His justice to the children’s children,
To those who keep His covenant
And remember His precepts, so as to do them. - Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
- And it will be righteousness for us if we are careful to follow all this commandment before the Lord our God, just as He commanded us.
- In that I am commanding you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, so that you may live and become numerous, and that the Lord your God may bless you in the land where you are entering to take possession of it.
- I am the Lord your God; walk in My statutes and keep My ordinances and follow them. Sanctify My Sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between Me and you, so that you may know that I am the Lord your God.
- Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
- He will cover you with His pinions,
And under His wings you may take refuge;
His faithfulness is a shield and wall.
