- The fear of man lays a snare,
but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe. - Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love,
for in you I trust.
Make me know the way I should go,
for to you I lift up my soul. - For it has been granted to you that for the sake of Christ you should not only believe in him but also suffer for his sake.
- For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end.
- I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
- Some trust in chariots and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. - When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.
- Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory, obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
- It is better to take refuge in the Lord
than to trust in man. - Trust in the Lord, and do good;
dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness. - In God, whose word I praise,
in God I trust; I shall not be afraid.
What can flesh do to me? - And those who know your name put their trust in you,
for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you. - The saying is trustworthy, for:
If we have died with him,
we will also live with him. - Commit your way to the Lord;
trust in him, and he will act.
He will bring forth your righteousness as the light,
and your justice as the noonday. - Whoever goes about slandering reveals secrets,
but he who is trustworthy in spirit keeps a thing covered. - Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make straight your paths. - He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.” - Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
whose trust is the Lord.
He is like a tree planted by water,
that sends out its roots by the stream,
and does not fear when heat comes,
for its leaves remain green,
and is not anxious in the year of drought,
for it does not cease to bear fruit. - You keep him in perfect peace
whose mind is stayed on you,
because he trusts in you. - Whoever gives thought to the word will discover good,
and blessed is he who trusts in the Lord. - But I have trusted in your steadfast love;
my heart shall rejoice in your salvation.
I will sing to the Lord,
because he has dealt bountifully with me. - The Lord is my strength and my shield;
in him my heart trusts, and I am helped;
my heart exults,
and with my song I give thanks to him.
Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory! Selah But Jesus on hearing this answered him, “Do not fear; only believe, and she will be well.”Next verse!With image
