| Let us remain firm in the confession of our hope without wavering, for the one who made the promise is trustworthy. | Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) |
| Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence so that we may receive mercy and find grace when we are in need of help. | Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. |
| Beloved, let us love one another, because love is from God. Everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. | Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. |
