Who (2/4)

What then are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us?What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up; God is our salvation. SelahBlessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.
Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Be still before the Lord, and wait patiently for him; do not fret over those who prosper in their way, over those who carry out evil devices.Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
But many who are first will be last, and the last will be first. But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.
Those who guard their mouths preserve their lives; those who open wide their lips come to ruin.He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.
Deceit is in the mind of those who plan evil, but those who counsel peace have joy.Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil: but to the counsellors of peace is joy.
But to all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God.But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.
It is well with those who deal generously and lend, who conduct their affairs with justice.A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.
Those who are attentive to a matter will prosper, and happy are those who trust in the Lord.He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good: and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he.
And those who are in the flesh cannot please God.So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
And it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Everyone then who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock. Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock.
I can do all things through him who strengthens me.I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Little children, you are from God, and have conquered them; for the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
One who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and one whose temper is controlled than one who captures a city.He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.
Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them.Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
For the message about the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell. And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
But when he heard this, he said, “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.”But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
But the one who endures to the end will be saved. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
They who have my commandments and keep them are those who love me; and those who love me will be loved by my Father, and I will love them and reveal myself to them.He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
In reply he said to them, “Whoever has two coats must share with anyone who has none; and whoever has food must do likewise.”He answereth and saith unto them, He that hath two coats, let him impart to him that hath none; and he that hath meat, let him do likewise.
Give to everyone who begs from you; and if anyone takes away your goods, do not ask for them again.Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

For our struggle is not against enemies of blood and flesh, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
