- A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches,
Loving favor rather than silver and gold. - If a person sins, and commits any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the Lord, though he does not know it, yet he is guilty and shall bear his iniquity.
- For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.
- Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

- And the Lord said to Satan, “Behold, all that he has is in your power; only do not lay a hand on his person.” So Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.
- One person esteems one day above another; another esteems every day alike. Let each be fully convinced in his own mind.
- For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive,
And abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You. - In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
- O Lord, You are my God.
I will exalt You,
I will praise Your name,
For You have done wonderful things;
Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. - Therefore You are great, O Lord God. For there is none like You, nor is there any God besides You, according to all that we have heard with our ears.
- A good man deals graciously and lends;
He will guide his affairs with discretion.
