- Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.

- I will strengthen the house of Judah,
and I will save the house of Joseph.
I will bring them back because I have compassion on them,
and they shall be as though I had not rejected them,
for I am the Lord their God and I will answer them. - Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil.
- The Lord your God is in your midst,
a mighty one who will save;
he will rejoice over you with gladness;
he will quiet you by his love;
he will exult over you with loud singing. - To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
- Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.
