- I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
- And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.
- So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
- These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
- I called upon the Lord in distress:
the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place. - This also cometh forth from the Lord of hosts,
which is wonderful in counsel,
and excellent in working. - Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.
- Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
- The Lord is slow to anger, and great in power,
and will not at all acquit the wicked:
the Lord hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm,
and the clouds are the dust of his feet. - But I have trusted in thy mercy;
my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
I will sing unto the Lord,
because he hath dealt bountifully with me. - Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.
- I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
- And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
- Except the Lord build the house,
they labour in vain that build it:
except the Lord keep the city,
the watchman waketh but in vain. - But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
- Trust in the Lord with all thine heart;
and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him,
and he shall direct thy paths. - Create in me a clean heart, O God;
and renew a right spirit within me. - Thou art my hiding place and my shield:
I hope in thy word. - Since thou wast precious in my sight,
thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee:
therefore will I give men for thee,
and people for thy life. - Blessed are the pure in heart:
for they shall see God. - For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
- Good and upright is the Lord:
therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
The meek will he guide in judgment:
and the meek will he teach his way. - And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
- Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
- Thy word have I hid in mine heart,
that I might not sin against thee.
Help us, O God of our salvation,
for the glory of thy name:
and deliver us, and purge away our sins,
for thy name's sake. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High
shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress:
my God; in him will I trust.Next verse!With image
