- The name of the Lord is a strong tower:
the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. - He loveth righteousness and judgment:
the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. - Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing,
and obtaineth favour of the Lord. - The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him,
to all that call upon him in truth. - I will bless the Lord at all times:
his praise shall continually be in my mouth. - I called upon the Lord in distress:
the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place. - O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good;
for his mercy endureth for ever. - And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
- Arise, shine; for thy light is come,
and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. - The Lord will give strength unto his people;
the Lord will bless his people with peace. - No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper;
and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord. - The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous,
and his ears are open unto their cry. - For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people:
he will beautify the meek with salvation. - Honour the Lord with thy substance,
and with the firstfruits of all thine increase. - The way of the Lord is strength to the upright:
but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity. - Trust in the Lord, and do good;
so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. - Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.
- And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.
- The fear of man bringeth a snare:
but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe. - For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light.
- The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
- This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him,
and saved him out of all his troubles. - So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
- Wait on the Lord: be of good courage,
and he shall strengthen thine heart:
wait, I say, on the Lord. - I have set the Lord always before me:
because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me? But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? for all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee.Next verse!With image
