- If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
- Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
- Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things:
this is known in all the earth. - For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
- What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
- O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name:
make known his deeds among the people. - Turn you at my reproof:
behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you,
I will make known my words unto you. - I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers,
who hast given me wisdom and might,
and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee:
for thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter. - And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.
- Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the Lord.
- A fool's wrath is presently known:
but a prudent man covereth shame. - To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
- O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.
Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising,
thou understandest my thought afar off. - He that walketh uprightly walketh surely:
but he that perverteth his ways shall be known. - Hast thou not known?
hast thou not heard,
that the everlasting God, the Lord,
the Creator of the ends of the earth,
fainteth not, neither is weary?
there is no searching of his understanding. - And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
- No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
- Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.
- Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
- And in that day shall ye say,
Praise the Lord, call upon his name,
declare his doings among the people,
make mention that his name is exalted. - Lord, all my desire is before thee;
and my groaning is not hid from thee. - Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
- Shew me thy ways, O Lord;
teach me thy paths. - Thou wilt shew me the path of life:
in thy presence is fulness of joy;
at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. - The heavens declare the glory of God;
and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
Day unto day uttereth speech,
and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the Lord he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else. The liberal soul shall be made fat:
and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.Next verse!With image
