- Blessed be the Lord,
who daily bears us up;
God is our salvation. Selah - Our God is in the heavens;
he does all that he pleases. - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
- Surely he has borne our griefs
and carried our sorrows;
yet we esteemed him stricken,
smitten by God, and afflicted. - God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - But he was pierced for our transgressions;
he was crushed for our iniquities;
upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace,
and with his wounds we are healed. - To our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.
- Our help is in the name of the Lord,
who made heaven and earth. - For who is God, but the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God? - So teach us to number our days
that we may get a heart of wisdom. - For who is God, but the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God? - Let us test and examine our ways,
and return to the Lord! - So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day.
- Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
- He will again have compassion on us;
he will tread our iniquities underfoot.
You will cast all our sins
into the depths of the sea. - Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker! - And the Lord commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as we are this day.
- The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.
- The grass withers, the flower fades,
but the word of our God will stand forever. - Some trust in chariots and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the Lord our God. - As far as the east is from the west,
so far does he remove our transgressions from us. - For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit.
- But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.
- But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.
By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.O Lord, all my longing is before you;
my sighing is not hidden from you. If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.Next verse!With image
