- Surely he has borne our infirmities
and carried our diseases;
yet we accounted him stricken,
struck down by God, and afflicted. - Blessed be the Lord,
who daily bears us up;
God is our salvation. Selah - God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - For this purpose he called you through our proclamation of the good news, so that you may obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
- But he was wounded for our transgressions,
crushed for our iniquities;
upon him was the punishment that made us whole,
and by his bruises we are healed. - To our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.
- So teach us to count our days
that we may gain a wise heart. - Our help is in the name of the Lord,
who made heaven and earth. - For who is God except the Lord?
And who is a rock besides our God? - For who is God, but the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God? - Let us test and examine our ways,
and return to the Lord. - Some take pride in chariots, and some in horses,
but our pride is in the name of the Lord our God. - So we do not lose heart. Even though our outer nature is wasting away, our inner nature is being renewed day by day.
- He will again have compassion upon us;
he will tread our iniquities under foot.
You will cast all our sins
into the depths of the sea. - Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
- O come, let us worship and bow down,
let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker! - For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit.
- It is that very Spirit bearing witness with our spirit that we are children of God.
- The grass withers, the flower fades;
but the word of our God will stand forever. - Then the Lord commanded us to observe all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God, for our lasting good, so as to keep us alive, as is now the case.
- As far as the east is from the west,
so far he removes our transgressions from us. - And he is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.
- But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- We know love by this, that he laid down his life for us—and we ought to lay down our lives for one another.
- There is no Holy One like the Lord,
no one besides you;
there is no Rock like our God.
Finally, beloved, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.The Rock, his work is perfect,
and all his ways are just.
A faithful God, without deceit,
just and upright is he. “All things are lawful for me,” but not all things are beneficial. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be dominated by anything.Next verse!With image
