- Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
- Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with all of you.

- Deceit is in the mind of those who plan evil,
but those who counsel peace have joy. - Keep on doing the things that you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you.

- This means understanding that the law is laid down not for the innocent but for the lawless and disobedient, for the godless and sinful, for the unholy and profane, for those who kill their father or mother, for murderers, fornicators, sodomites, slave traders, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to the sound teaching that conforms to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which he entrusted to me.
- May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
- Therefore, since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- The God of peace will shortly crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
- The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you;
the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace. - By contrast, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against such things.
- For a child has been born for us,
a son given to us;
authority rests upon his shoulders;
and he is named
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. - Husbands, in the same way, show consideration for your wives in your life together, paying honor to the woman as the weaker sex, since they too are also heirs of the gracious gift of life—so that nothing may hinder your prayers.
