- For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil, and some by longing for it have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

Now return to the Lord your God,
For He is gracious and compassionate,
Slow to anger, abounding in mercy

For He will abundantly pardon. - That their hearts may be encouraged, having been knit together in love, and that they would attain to all the wealth that comes from the full assurance of understanding, resulting in a true knowledge of God’s mystery, that is, Christ Himself.

- How can a young man keep his way pure?
By keeping it according to Your word. - For the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness, and truth.

And my sighing is not hidden from You. - For He has satisfied the thirsty soul,
And He has filled the hungry soul with what is good. - Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor.
- Open your mouth, judge righteously,
And defend the rights of the poor and needy. - Honor the Lord from your wealth,
And from the first of all your produce. - For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, God’s building.
- Therefore, brothers and sisters, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choice of you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble; for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you.
- I will rejoice and be jubilant in You;
I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High. - But Jesus said to him, “ ‘If You can’? All things are possible for the one who believes.”
- And heal those in it who are sick, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’
- One who turns his ear away from listening to the Law,
Even his prayer is an abomination. - Then you will discern righteousness, justice,
And integrity, and every good path. - I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart;
I will tell of all Your wonders. - And in Hades he raised his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far away and Lazarus in his arms. And he cried out and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me and send Lazarus, so that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool off my tongue, for I am in agony in this flame.’
- One who walks in integrity walks securely,
But one who perverts his ways will be found out. - Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion!
Shout in triumph, daughter of Jerusalem!
Behold, your king is coming to you;
He is righteous and endowed with salvation,
Humble, and mounted on a donkey,
Even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
