- The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord:
and he delighteth in his way. - Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.
- One thing have I desired of the Lord,
that will I seek after;
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,
to behold the beauty of the Lord,
and to enquire in his temple. - Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

- Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another.
- But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
- For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
- Because I delivered the poor that cried,
and the fatherless, and him that had none to help him.
The blessing of him that was ready to perish came upon me:
and I caused the widow's heart to sing for joy. - Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord:
O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.
Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord. - No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
- Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
- For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.
- He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
- For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
- Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
- O taste and see that the Lord is good:
blessed is the man that trusteth in him. - Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.
- And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.
- Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
- But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
