But the Scripture has confined everyone under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe. By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she considered Him faithful who had promised. Every person is to be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.
