Wisdom (3/3)

A fool despises his father’s instruction, But he who receives correction is prudent.A fool despises a parent's instruction, but the one who heeds admonition is prudent.
Excellent speech is not becoming to a fool, Much less lying lips to a prince.Fine speech is not becoming to a fool; still less is false speech to a ruler.
Who is wise? Let him understand these things. Who is prudent? Let him know them. For the ways of the Lord are right; The righteous walk in them, But transgressors stumble in them.Those who are wise understand these things; those who are discerning know them. For the ways of the Lord are right, and the upright walk in them, but transgressors stumble in them.

Bible verse of the day

God sets the solitary in families;
He brings out those who are bound into prosperity;
But the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
