Chinese (traditional)For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. I set my rainbow in the cloud, and it will be a sign of a covenant between me and the earth. I will establish my covenant with you: All flesh will not be cut off any more by the waters of the flood. There will never again be a flood to destroy the earth. Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, “I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.” It is a snare to a man to make a rash dedication,
then later to consider his vows. What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer? One thing I have asked of Yahweh, that I will seek after:
that I may dwell in Yahweh’s house all the days of my life,
to see Yahweh’s beauty,
and to inquire in his temple. But the Scripture imprisoned all things under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe. Have this in your mind, which was also in Christ Jesus. Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. Treasures of wickedness profit nothing,
but righteousness delivers from death. He who testifies these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.”
Amen! Yes, come, Lord Jesus! Praise Yah!
Blessed is the man who fears Yahweh,
who delights greatly in his commandments. And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Wealth gained dishonestly dwindles away,
but he who gathers by hand makes it grow. Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen. It is well with the man who deals graciously and lends.
He will maintain his cause in judgment. He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds. Yahweh is my light and my salvation.
Whom shall I fear?
Yahweh is the strength of my life.
Of whom shall I be afraid? Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report: if there is any virtue and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. One who brings gossip betrays a confidence,
but one who is of a trustworthy spirit is one who keeps a secret. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with all the saints. Amen. Because the midwives feared God, he gave them families. But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. “Don’t fear what they fear, neither be troubled.” For he will never be shaken.
The righteous will be remembered forever. Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, looking to yourself so that you also aren’t tempted. The liberal soul shall be made fat.
He who waters shall be watered also himself. So Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him. He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to the sky, he blessed them, broke them, and gave them to the disciples to set before the multitude. They ate and were all filled. They gathered up twelve baskets of broken pieces that were left over. You shall walk in all the way which Yahweh your God has commanded you, that you may live and that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which you shall possess. For you, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive,
abundant in loving kindness to all those who call on you.
