Chinese (traditional)So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. So we say with confidence,
“The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.
What can mere mortals do to me?” So we can confidently say,
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear;
what can man do to me?” So we may boldly say:
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?” So we can say with confidence,
“The Lord is my helper,
so I will have no fear.
What can mere people do to me?” So we can say with confidence,
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not be afraid.
What can anyone do to me?” So that with good courage we say,
“The Lord is my helper. I will not fear.
What can man do to me?” Therefore, we can say with confidence:
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not be afraid.
What can anyone do to me?” For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.Next verse!With image
