- Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.
- What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
- This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
- So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
- Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man.
- He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
- But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
- Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not enquire wisely concerning this.
- Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
- If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth.
- And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
- But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.
- And in that day shall ye say,
Praise the Lord, call upon his name,
declare his doings among the people,
make mention that his name is exalted. - What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
- Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them.
- Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.
- Take with you words, and turn to the Lord: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips.
- Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
- And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
- O my soul, thou hast said unto the Lord, Thou art my Lord:
my goodness extendeth not to thee. - He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High
shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress:
my God; in him will I trust. - And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
- From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
- Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.
- Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.
