Chinese (traditional)Jesus is ‘the stone you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone.’
This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone. This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ For Jesus is the one referred to in the Scriptures, where it says,
‘The stone that you builders rejected
has now become the cornerstone.’ This Jesus is
‘the stone that was rejected by you, the builders;
it has become the cornerstone.’ He is ‘the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.’ He is the stone which was rejected by you, the builders, but which became the chief cornerstone. This is
‘the stone rejected by you, the builders,
that has become the cornerstone.’ This is what the Lord says to Israel: “Seek me and live.” That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.Next verse!With image
