| And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission. | In fact, according to the law of Moses, nearly everything was purified with blood. For without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness. |
| To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins. | He is the one all the prophets testified about, saying that everyone who believes in him will have their sins forgiven through his name. |
