Job - NIV & ESV

Anyone who withholds kindness from a friend forsakes the fear of the Almighty.He who withholds kindness from a friend forsakes the fear of the Almighty.
I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand on the earth.For I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last he will stand upon the earth.
I have not departed from the commands of his lips; I have treasured the words of his mouth more than my daily bread.I have not departed from the commandment of his lips; I have treasured the words of his mouth more than my portion of food.
But he knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold. My feet have closely followed his steps; I have kept to his way without turning aside.But he knows the way that I take; when he has tried me, I shall come out as gold. My foot has held fast to his steps; I have kept his way and have not turned aside.
The Almighty is beyond our reach and exalted in power; in his justice and great righteousness, he does not oppress.The Almighty—we cannot find him; he is great in power; justice and abundant righteousness he will not violate.
At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship and said: “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised.”Then Job arose and tore his robe and shaved his head and fell on the ground and worshiped. And he said, “Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked shall I return. The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.”
The Lord said to Satan, “Very well, then, everything he has is in your power, but on the man himself do not lay a finger.” Then Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.And the Lord said to Satan, “Behold, all that he has is in your hand. Only against him do not stretch out your hand.” So Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.
I made a covenant with my eyes not to look lustfully at a young woman.I have made a covenant with my eyes; how then could I gaze at a virgin?
Blessed is the one whom God corrects; so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty.Behold, blessed is the one whom God reproves; therefore despise not the discipline of the Almighty.
After Job had prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before.And the Lord restored the fortunes of Job, when he had prayed for his friends. And the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
