Law (2/5)

And this commandment we have from Him, that the one who loves God must also love his brother and sister. This is the commandment we have received from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother.
For Christ is the end of the Law for righteousness to everyone who believes. For Christ is the fulfillment of the Law for the justification of all who believe.
If you love Me, you will keep My commandments. If you love me, you will keep my commandments.
For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under the Law but under grace. For sin is no longer to have any power over you, since you are not under the Law but under grace.
What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? Far from it! On the contrary, I would not have come to know sin except through the Law; for I would not have known about coveting if the Law had not said, “You shall not covet.”What then should we say? That the Law is sinful? Absolutely not! Yet if it had not been for the Law, I would not have known what sin was. I would not have known what covet is if the Law had not said, “You shall not covet.”
The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law.The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law.
Do your duty to the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His ordinances, and His testimonies, according to what is written in the Law of Moses, so that you may succeed in all that you do and wherever you turn.Observe the ordinances of the Lord, your God, walking in his ways and keeping his statutes, his commandments, his ordinances, and what he witnessed in writing in the law of Moses. In this way you will prosper in whatever you do and wherever you go.
Do not judge, so that you will not be judged.Do not judge, so that you in turn may not be judged.
For this, “You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this saying, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”“You shall not commit adultery, You shall not kill, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and every other commandment are all summed up in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
So He declared to you His covenant which He commanded you to perform, that is, the Ten Commandments; and He wrote them on two tablets of stone. He proclaimed his covenant to you which he ordered you to fulfill, the Ten Commandments, that he wrote upon two tablets of stone.
You shall not make other gods besides Me; gods of silver or gods of gold, you shall not make for yourselves.Do not make gods from silver or from gold instead of me. You will not make them for yourselves.
Those who love Your Law have great peace, And nothing causes them to stumble. Those who love your law have great peace; they encounter no stumbling blocks.
If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and remain in His love.If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.
Hear, Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one! And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.Hear, O Israel, the Lord, our God, is Lord alone. You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.
The one who keeps His commandments remains in Him, and He in him. We know by this that He remains in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.All those who keep his commandments abide in him, and he abides in them. And the proof that he abides in us is the Spirit that he has given us.
We have sinned, we have done wrong, and acted wickedly and rebelled, even turning aside from Your commandments and ordinances. We have sinned and done what is wrong, we have acted wickedly and rebelled, we have rejected your commandments and your laws.
You shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and His provisions and His statutes which He has commanded you.You shall take heed to observe the commandments of the Lord, your God, and the decrees and statutes that he has given to you.
But one who has looked intently at the perfect law, the law of freedom, and has continued in it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an active doer, this person will be blessed in what he does. However, the one who looks intently at the perfect law of freedom and perseveres—not forgetting what he has heard but putting it into practice—will be blessed in everything he does.
The wise of heart will receive commands, But a babbling fool will come to ruin.A wise man will heed commandments, but a babbling fool will come to grief.
I will never forget Your precepts, For by them You have revived me.Never will I forget your commands, for through them you have given me life.
Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the Law.Love cannot result in any harm to the neighbor; therefore, love is the fulfillment of the Law.
I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies, As much as in all riches.I rejoice in following your statutes more than I would rejoice in endless riches.
The conclusion, when everything has been heard, is: fear God and keep His commandments, because this applies to every person. This is the end of my teaching. All has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for that is the responsibility of everyone.
Praise the Lord! Blessed is a person who fears the Lord, Who greatly delights in His commandments.Alleluia. Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his precepts.
You have been severed from Christ, you who are seeking to be justified by the Law; you have fallen from grace. Those of you who seek to be justified by the Law have cut yourselves off from Christ and have fallen away from grace.

The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’The second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
