- Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
- And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.
- Does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
- For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content.
- Judge not, that you be not judged.
- For we walk by faith, not by sight.
- Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
- Therefore I will look to the Lord;
I will wait for the God of my salvation;
My God will hear me. - And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.
- He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee, saying, ‘The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.’
- Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.
- Remember, O Lord, Your tender mercies and Your lovingkindnesses,

For Your goodness’ sake, O Lord. - So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

And does not sin. - I will praise You with uprightness of heart,
When I learn Your righteous judgments. - Therefore receive one another, just as Christ also received us, to the glory of God.
- And I fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to me, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?’
- In God is my salvation and my glory;
The rock of my strength,
And my refuge, is in God. - The Lord is good,
A stronghold in the day of trouble;
And He knows those who trust in Him. - He stores up sound wisdom for the upright;
He is a shield to those who walk uprightly. - Surely the Lord God does nothing,
Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets. - For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
- Wisdom is the principal thing;
Therefore get wisdom.
And in all your getting, get understanding. - But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers.
- The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge,
But fools despise wisdom and instruction. - What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! On the contrary, I would not have known sin except through the law. For I would not have known covetousness unless the law had said, “You shall not covet.”
- Then Jesus said to them, “I shall be with you a little while longer, and then I go to Him who sent Me.”
- If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.
- Do not say,
“Why were the former days better than these?”
For you do not inquire wisely concerning this. - If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
- Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.
- Some trust in chariots, and some in horses;
But we will remember the name of the Lord our God. - He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.
- And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?
- Eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality.
- Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
- You are my hiding place;
You shall preserve me from trouble;
You shall surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah - Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.
