- When I kept silence, my bones waxed old
through my roaring all the day long. - But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.
- If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
- Ponder the path of thy feet,
and let all thy ways be established. - And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
- Honour the Lord with thy substance,
and with the firstfruits of all thine increase. - For the word of the Lord is right;
and all his works are done in truth. - Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.
- For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.
- For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.
- This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him,
and saved him out of all his troubles. - For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive;
and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. - He coveteth greedily all the day long:
but the righteous giveth and spareth not. - And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
- In all labour there is profit:
but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury. - Many are the afflictions of the righteous:
but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. - And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him.
- All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
- And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.
- Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
- But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
- As for God, his way is perfect:
the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. - Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
- Lead me in thy truth, and teach me:
for thou art the God of my salvation;
on thee do I wait all the day. - And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth.
As for God, his way is perfect;
the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all them that trust in him.If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
