Bible Verses about 'Art'
- You are all-beautiful, my love,
without the slightest blemish. - You are my refuge and my shield;
I put my hope in your word. - But you, O Lord, are a shield to protect me;
you are my glory and the one who raises my head high. - Why are you so disheartened, O my soul?
Why do you sigh within me?
Place your hope in God;
for I will once again praise him,
my Savior and my God. - Where can I go to hide from your spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
If I ascend to the heavens, you are there;
if I take my rest in the netherworld, you are also there. - Therefore, you have no excuse, whoever you may be, when you pass judgment on others. For in judging others you condemn yourself, since you are doing the same things.
- What is man that you are mindful of him,
the son of man that you care for him? - You are truly my rock and my fortress;
for the sake of your name, lead and guide me. - I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord;
I have no good apart from you.” - There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save or to destroy. Who then are you to pass judgment on a neighbor?
- Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed;
save me, and I will be saved;
you are the one whom I praise. - O Lord, you are kind and forgiving,
filled with kindness for all who cry to you. - Guide me in your truth and instruct me,
for you are God, my Savior,
and in you I hope all the day long. - Teach me to do your will,
for you are my God.
Let your gracious Spirit lead me
along a level path. - Yet, O Lord, you are our Father;
we are the clay and you are our potter;
all of us are the work of your hands. - You are a place of refuge for me;
you preserve me from trouble
and surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah - “But you,” he said to them, “who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

you did not completely destroy them,
nor did you forsake them,
for you are a gracious and merciful God. - Even though I wander
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are at my side,
with your rod and your staff
that comfort me. - Before the mountains were brought forth
or the earth and the world came into existence,

But the leader of the synagogue was indignant because Jesus had effected a cure on the Sabbath, and he said to the assembled people, “There are six days when work is permitted. Come on those days and be cured, and not on the Sabbath.” The Lord said to him in reply, “You hypocrites! Is there a single one of you who does not untie his ox or his donkey and lead it from its stall to give it water on the Sabbath? Should not this woman, a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has held bound for eighteen long years, be set free from this bondage on the Sabbath?” At these words, all his adversaries were put to shame, and the people rejoiced at all the wonderful things he was doing.
