- Whom do I have in heaven except you?

It will not return to me unfulfilled,
but it will accomplish my purpose
and achieve what I sent it forth to do. - A man’s attraction is his kindness;
it is far better to be poor than to be a liar. - For the desires of the flesh are opposed to the Spirit, and those of the Spirit are opposed to the flesh. They are in conflict with one another, so that you cannot do what you want.
- Hence, I advise you to be guided by the Spirit, so that you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
- And the world with all its enticements
is passing away,
but whoever does the will of God
abides forever.
