And brings him before great men. - There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.
- He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.
- Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him;
Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way,
Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass. - But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
- But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and buckler. - Why are you cast down, O my soul?
And why are you disquieted within me?
Hope in God;
For I shall yet praise Him,
The help of my countenance and my God. - The Lord is righteous in all His ways,
Gracious in all His works. - The Lord will give strength to His people;
The Lord will bless His people with peace. - That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death.
- I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.
- Surely the Lord God does nothing,
Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets. - Oh, give thanks to the Lord!
Call upon His name;
Make known His deeds among the peoples! - In that I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the Lord your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess.

But it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance,

Make mention that His name is exalted.” - A man’s heart plans his way,
But the Lord directs his steps. - For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.
- And keep the charge of the Lord your God: to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His judgments, and His testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn.
- With my soul I have desired You in the night,
Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early;
For when Your judgments are in the earth,
The inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. - So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.

A prayer to the God of my life. - Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification.
- If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
- The law and the prophets were until John. Since that time the kingdom of God has been preached, and everyone is pressing into it.
