Bible Verses about 'Eye'

  • Why do you see the speck in your neighbor's eye, but do not notice the log in your own eye?
  • I will instruct you and teach you the way you should go;
    I will counsel you with my eye upon you.
  • Truly the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him,
    on those who hope in his steadfast love.

    “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard,
    nor the human heart conceived,
    what God has prepared for those who love him”

  • Look! He is coming with the clouds;
    every eye will see him,
    even those who pierced him;
    and on his account all the tribes of the earth will wail.
    So it is to be. Amen.
  • I urge you, brothers and sisters, to keep an eye on those who cause dissensions and offenses, in opposition to the teaching that you have learned; avoid them.

All these evil things come from within, and they defile a person.”

    from where will my help come?
    My help comes from the Lord,
    who made heaven and earth.

    and his ears are open to their prayer.
    But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.

    fear the Lord, and turn away from evil.
    It will be a healing for your flesh
    and a refreshment for your body.

  • I will sanctify my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them; and the nations shall know that I am the Lord, says the Lord God, when through you I display my holiness before their eyes.

They will hunger no more, and thirst no more;
the sun will not strike them,
nor any scorching heat;
for the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd,
and he will guide them to springs of the water of life,
and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
