- May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s holy people.

- The words of the godly are like sterling silver;
the heart of a fool is worthless. - For the word of the Lord holds true,
and we can trust everything he does. - He guards the paths of the just
and protects those who are faithful to him. - True humility and fear of the Lord
lead to riches, honor, and long life. - My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak,
but God remains the strength of my heart;
he is mine forever. - I ask you again, does God give you the Holy Spirit and work miracles among you because you obey the law? Of course not! It is because you believe the message you heard about Christ.
- But you, dear friends, must build each other up in your most holy faith, pray in the power of the Holy Spirit, and await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will bring you eternal life. In this way, you will keep yourselves safe in God’s love.
- Can anyone object to their being baptized, now that they have received the Holy Spirit just as we did?
- He loves whatever is just and good;
the unfailing love of the Lord fills the earth.
