- But as for me, I will sing of Your strength;
Yes, I will joyfully sing of Your faithfulness in the morning,
For You have been my refuge
And a place of refuge on the day of my distress. - God is faithful, through whom you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
- This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.
- Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a person sows, this he will also reap.
- Every word of God is pure;
He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him. - For the Lord your God is gracious and compassionate, and will not turn His face away from you if you return to Him.
- We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.
- Then he said to them, “Go, eat the festival foods, drink the sweet drinks, and send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your refuge.”
- You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.
- I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.
- No temptation has overtaken you except something common to mankind; and God is faithful, so He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.
- God is not a man, that He would lie,
Nor a son of man, that He would change His mind;
Has He said, and will He not do it?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? - The way of the Lord is a stronghold for the upright,
But ruin to the workers of injustice. - For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown toward His name, by having served and by still serving the saints.
- Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified nor dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
- And God is able to make all grace overflow to you, so that, always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed.
- For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written: “But the righteous one will live by faith.”
- If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy that person; for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are.
- The Lord is my light and my salvation;
Whom should I fear?
The Lord is the defense of my life;
Whom should I dread? - The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law.
- The Lord your God is in your midst,
A victorious warrior.
He will rejoice over you with joy,
He will be quiet in His love,
He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy. - For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, even penetrating as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
- The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God has come near; repent and believe in the gospel.
- For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.
- Honor your father and your mother, so that your days may be prolonged on the land which the Lord your God gives you.
