The Lord keeps me alive! - Understand, therefore, that the Lord your God is indeed God. He is the faithful God who keeps his covenant for a thousand generations and lavishes his unfailing love on those who love him and obey his commands.

Punish the wicked, O God!
Do not ignore the helpless! - Yes, God will bless us,
and people all over the world will fear him. - You have tested us, O God;
you have purified us like silver. - Imitate God, therefore, in everything you do, because you are his dear children.
- God is our refuge and strength,
always ready to help in times of trouble. - He replied, “What is impossible for people is possible with God.”
- So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. For all who have entered into God’s rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world.
- You light a lamp for me.
The Lord, my God, lights up my darkness. - As the deer longs for streams of water,
so I long for you, O God. - I take joy in doing your will, my God,
for your instructions are written on my heart. - O God, you are my God;
I earnestly search for you.
My soul thirsts for you;
my whole body longs for you
in this parched and weary land
where there is no water. - Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me.
- Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other.
