Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Hard'
- I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?
- Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.
- All hard work brings a profit,
but mere talk leads only to poverty. - When hard pressed, I cried to the Lord;
he brought me into a spacious place. - I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far; but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body.
- That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
- Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
- Diligent hands will rule,
but laziness ends in forced labor. - Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.
- I seek you with all my heart;
do not let me stray from your commands. - Dishonest money dwindles away,
but whoever gathers money little by little makes it grow. - If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
- Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
- Watch out that you do not lose what we have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully.
- When times are good, be happy; but when times are bad, consider this: God has made the one as well as the other. Therefore, no one can discover anything about their future.
- God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.
- Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
- Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble, and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
- Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
- Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Who is he, this King of glory?
The Lord Almighty—
he is the King of glory. So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.Next verse!With image
