- A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
- Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith the Lord, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the Lord.

but the Lord directeth his steps. - Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
- A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.
- Create in me a clean heart, O God;
and renew a right spirit within me. - The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusted in him, and I am helped:
therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth;
and with my song will I praise him. - Thy word have I hid in mine heart,
that I might not sin against thee. - Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
- Keep thy heart with all diligence;
for out of it are the issues of life. - The wise in heart will receive commandments:
but a prating fool shall fall. - Before destruction the heart of man is haughty,
and before honour is humility. - Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop:
but a good word maketh it glad. - A fool hath no delight in understanding,
but that his heart may discover itself. - A merry heart doeth good like a medicine:
but a broken spirit drieth the bones. - Teach me thy way, O Lord;
I will walk in thy truth:
unite my heart to fear thy name. - Delight thyself also in the Lord:
and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
