The Lord redeems the souls of His servants, And none of those who take refuge in Him will suffer for their guilt. | But the Lord will redeem those who serve him. No one who takes refuge in him will be condemned. |
God blesses us, So that all the ends of the earth may fear Him. | Yes, God will bless us, and people all over the world will fear him. |

Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. And everyone who has this hope set on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure. | Dear friends, we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is. And all who have this eager expectation will keep themselves pure, just as he is pure. |

But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us. | No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. |
The Lord is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble, And He knows those who take refuge in Him. | The Lord is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in him. |
But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never be thirsty; but the water that I will give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up to eternal life. | But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life. |
Just as a father has compassion on his children, So the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him. | The Lord is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him. |
Then Peter came up and said to Him, “Lord, how many times shall my brother sin against me and I still forgive him? Up to seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy-seven times.” | Then Peter came to him and asked, “Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven times?” “No, not seven times,” Jesus replied, “but seventy times seven!” |
