- Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.

- No one has ever seen God. It is God the only Son, who is close to the Father's heart, who has made him known.
- Therefore say to them, Thus says the Lord God: None of my words will be delayed any longer, but the word that I speak will be fulfilled, says the Lord God.
- Our God is in the heavens;
he does whatever he pleases. - For a day in your courts is better
than a thousand elsewhere.
I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God
than live in the tents of wickedness. - So now, O Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you? Only to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the commandments of the Lord your God and his decrees that I am commanding you today, for your own well-being.
- Just so, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.
- So then, a sabbath rest still remains for the people of God; for those who enter God's rest also cease from their labors as God did from his.
- I do not nullify the grace of God; for if justification comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing.
- Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper as his partner.”
- For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone, says the Lord God. Turn, then, and live.
- I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart;
I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. - Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?
- But this command I gave them, “Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and you shall be my people; and walk only in the way that I command you, so that it may be well with you.”
- Jesus answered him, “Very truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God without being born from above.”
- You shall worship the Lord your God, and I will bless your bread and your water; and I will take sickness away from among you.
