- For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake, this is the one who will save it.

I have nothing good besides You.” - I know how to get along with little, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going hungry, both of having abundance and suffering need.
- Peace I leave you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, nor fearful.
- But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.
- Turn to my rebuke,
Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you;
I will make my words known to you. - Whom do I have in heaven but You?
And with You, I desire nothing on earth. - You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.
