- Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
- Seek the Lord, and his strength:

- It is better to trust in the Lord
than to put confidence in man. - The Lord is righteous in all his ways,
and holy in all his works. - I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait,
and in his word do I hope. - Seek the Lord and his strength,
seek his face continually. - A man's heart deviseth his way:
but the Lord directeth his steps. - By humility and the fear of the Lord
are riches, and honour, and life. - The Lord maketh poor, and maketh rich:
he bringeth low, and lifteth up. - For the word of the Lord is right;
and all his works are done in truth. - Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
- For thus saith the Lord unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live.
- Let us search and try our ways,
and turn again to the Lord. - And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
- When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.
- Seek ye the Lord while he may be found,
call ye upon him while he is near.
Bless the Lord, O my soul:
and all that is within me, bless his holy name.And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
