- Even before a word is on my tongue,
behold, O Lord, you know it altogether. - Behold, how good and pleasant it is
when brothers dwell in unity! - But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and to keep back for yourself part of the proceeds of the land? While it remained unsold, did it not remain your own? And after it was sold, was it not at your disposal? Why is it that you have contrived this deed in your heart? You have not lied to man but to God.”
- This is the day that the Lord has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it. - And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”

- He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.
- The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof,
the world and those who dwell therein. - And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he gave it to them, saying, “Drink of it, all of you, for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”
- When Jesus had received the sour wine, he said, “It is finished,” and he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
- You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet.
