  • All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
  • In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

  • Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.

  • In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
  • He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
  • Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
  • Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
  • Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
  • If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
  • Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

  • A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
  • By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
  • Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
  • In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
  • Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
