Let your light shine (3/4)

My son, do not forget my teaching, but cherish my commandments in your heart, for they will bring you length of days, more years of life, and an abundance of prosperity. My child, do not forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments; for length of days and years of life and abundant welfare they will give you.
Do not worry about anything, but present your needs to God in prayer and petition, with thanksgiving. Then the peace of God, which is beyond all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Guide my steps in accord with your word and never let evil triumph over me.Keep my steps steady according to your promise, and never let iniquity have dominion over me.
In you, O Lord, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame; in your righteousness deliver me.In you, O Lord, I seek refuge; do not let me ever be put to shame; in your righteousness deliver me.
If you are angry, do not sin. Do not let the sun set on your anger, and do not give the devil an opening.Be angry but do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and do not make room for the devil.
Let us examine and test our ways and return to the Lord.Let us test and examine our ways, and return to the Lord.
Therefore, whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be shouted from the housetops. Therefore whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be proclaimed from the housetops.
Let no foul word ever pass your lips. Say only what is useful for edification, so that your words may benefit your listeners.Let no evil talk come out of your mouths, but only what is useful for building up, as there is need, so that your words may give grace to those who hear.
Let no one regard you with contempt because of your youth, but serve as an example to the believers in your speech and conduct, in your love, your faith, and your purity.Let no one despise your youth, but set the believers an example in speech and conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.
And let the peace of Christ reign in your hearts, because it was for this that you were called together in one body. Always be thankful. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body. And be thankful.
Let everything that breathes offer praise to the Lord. Alleluia.Let everything that breathes praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
Let the wicked abandon their ways and those who are evil their thoughts. Let them return to the Lord so that he may have mercy upon them; and to our God, for he is rich in forgiveness.Let the wicked forsake their way, and the unrighteous their thoughts; let them return to the Lord, that he may have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
Teach me your ways, O Lord, so that I may walk in your truth; let me worship your name with an undivided heart.Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart to revere your name.
But I have had help from God to this very day, and I stand here and testify to both the lowly and the great. I assert nothing more than what the Prophets and Moses said would occur: that the Christ must suffer, and that, by being the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light to the people and to the Gentiles. To this day I have had help from God, and so I stand here, testifying to both small and great, saying nothing but what the prophets and Moses said would take place: that the Messiah must suffer, and that, by being the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light both to our people and to the Gentiles.
Finally, brethren, let your minds be filled with whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, whatever is excellent, whatever is worthy of praise. Finally, beloved, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
My son, concentrate attentively on my words; pay heed to the instructions I pass on to you. Do not let them slip from your mind; keep them forever in your heart. My child, be attentive to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them escape from your sight; keep them within your heart.
Rather, let justice flow like a river, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream. But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.
The precepts of the Lord are right, causing the heart to rejoice. The commands of the Lord are clear, giving light to the eyes. The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is clear, enlightening the eyes.
At dawn let me experience your kindness, for in you I place my trust. Show me the path I must walk, for to you I lift up my soul.Let me hear of your steadfast love in the morning, for in you I put my trust. Teach me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.
If we live by the Spirit, let us also be guided by the Spirit. If we live by the Spirit, let us also be guided by the Spirit.
Let the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.
Do not let kindness and fidelity leave you; fasten them around your neck and inscribe them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will gain favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.Do not let loyalty and faithfulness forsake you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor and good repute in the sight of God and of people.
Dear children, let us love not in word or speech but in deed and truth.Little children, let us love, not in word or speech, but in truth and action.
Sing praise to the Lord for his mighty deeds; let this be known throughout the entire world.Sing praises to the Lord, for he has done gloriously; let this be known in all the earth.
Let those who are wise understand these words, and let the prudent acknowledge them. For straight are the ways of the Lord; the upright walk in them, but sinners stumble. Those who are wise understand these things; those who are discerning know them. For the ways of the Lord are right, and the upright walk in them, but transgressors stumble in them.

Let the word of Christ with all its richness dwell in you. Teach and admonish one another in all wisdom, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God with gratitude in your hearts.Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God.
