Bible Verses about 'Let'
- Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.
- Let your eyes look directly ahead
And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you. - Let your gentle spirit be known to all people. The Lord is near.
- Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me.
- Let Your favor, Lord, be upon us,
Just as we have waited for You. - With all my heart I have sought You;
Do not let me wander from Your commandments. - Come, let’s worship and bow down,
Let’s kneel before the Lord our Maker. - Let the wicked abandon his way,
And the unrighteous person his thoughts;
And let him return to the Lord,
And He will have compassion on him,
And to our God,
For He will abundantly pardon. - But let justice roll out like waters,
And righteousness like an ever-flowing stream. - Establish my footsteps in Your word,
And do not let any wrongdoing have power over me. - In You, Lord, I have taken refuge;
Let me never be put to shame;
In Your righteousness rescue me. - Peace I leave you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, nor fearful.
- Let’s examine and search out our ways,
And let’s return to the Lord. - Be strong and let your heart take courage,
All you who wait for the Lord. - Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and do not give the devil an opportunity.
- Praise the Lord in song, for He has done glorious things;
Let this be known throughout the earth. - Let the peace of Christ, to which you were indeed called in one body, rule in your hearts; and be thankful.
- Whoever is wise, let him understand these things;
Whoever is discerning, let him know them.
For the ways of the Lord are right,
And the righteous will walk in them,
But wrongdoers will stumble in them. - Wait for the Lord;
Be strong and let your heart take courage;
Yes, wait for the Lord. - Everything that has breath shall praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord! - Out of the depths I have cried to You, Lord.
Lord, hear my voice!
Let Your ears be attentive
To the sound of my pleadings. - Then God said, “Let Us make mankind in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the livestock and over all the earth, and over every crawling thing that crawls on the earth.”
- Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink.”
- So then, let’s not sleep as others do, but let’s be alert and sober.
- Teach me to do Your will,
For You are my God;
Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground. - Let no one look down on your youthfulness, but rather in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity, show yourself an example of those who believe.
- Who among you is wise and understanding? Let him show by his good behavior his deeds in the gentleness of wisdom.
- If we live by the Spirit, let’s follow the Spirit as well.
- Let me hear Your faithfulness in the morning,
For I trust in You;
Teach me the way in which I should walk;
For to You I lift up my soul. - Let no unwholesome word come out of your mouth, but if there is any good word for edification according to the need of the moment, say that, so that it will give grace to those who hear.
- All that you do must be done in love.
- Let love of the brothers and sisters continue. Do not neglect hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.
- Be exalted above the heavens, God;
May Your glory be above all the earth. - But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

- Do not let kindness and truth leave you;
Bind them around your neck,
Write them on the tablet of your heart.
So you will find favor and a good reputation
In the sight of God and man. - Is this not the fast that I choose:
To release the bonds of wickedness,
To undo the ropes of the yoke,
And to let the oppressed go free,
And break every yoke? - Little children, let’s not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth.
- Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
- But when you give to the poor, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your charitable giving will be in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.

“Though your sins are as scarlet,
They shall become as white as snow;
Though they are red like crimson,
They shall be like wool.” - For,
“The one who desires life, to love and see good days,
Must keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit.
He must turn away from evil and do good;
He must seek peace and pursue it.” - Love must be free of hypocrisy. Detest what is evil; cling to what is good.

And may Your glory be above all the earth. - Take care that no one deceives himself. If anyone among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise.

Save me in Your faithfulness.
