Bible Verses about 'Let'
- Come, let us bow down in worship,
let us kneel before the Lord our Maker. - And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.
- Let us examine our ways and test them,
and let us return to the Lord. - Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.
- Let your eyes look straight ahead;
fix your gaze directly before you. - Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me.
- I seek you with all my heart;
do not let me stray from your commands. - So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober.
- Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord. - Let the wicked forsake their ways
and the unrighteous their thoughts.
Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them,
and to our God, for he will freely pardon. - But let justice roll on like a river,
righteousness like a never-failing stream! - Direct my footsteps according to your word;
let no sin rule over me. - In you, Lord, I have taken refuge;
let me never be put to shame;
deliver me in your righteousness. - Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
- May your unfailing love be with us, Lord,
even as we put our hope in you. - Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
let your glory be over all the earth. - Sing to the Lord, for he has done glorious things;
let this be known to all the world. - Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
- “In your anger do not sin”: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold.
- Who is wise? Let them realize these things.
Who is discerning? Let them understand.
The ways of the Lord are right;
the righteous walk in them,
but the rebellious stumble in them. - Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.
- Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
- Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
let your glory be over all the earth. - Let your face shine on your servant;
save me in your unfailing love. - Out of the depths I cry to you, Lord;
Lord, hear my voice.
Let your ears be attentive
to my cry for mercy.
Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else.Next verse!With image
