For one year he is to be free to stay at home and bring happiness to the wife he has married.

This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles.
For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?
For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe.Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.
But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. But at the beginning of creation God ‘made them male and female.’ ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.
I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die, and of the son of man which shall be made as grass.I, even I, am he who comforts you. Who are you that you fear mere mortals, human beings who are but grass.
Before destruction the heart of man is haughty, and before honour is humility. Before a downfall the heart is haughty, but humility comes before honor.
It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in humans.

Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.“Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’?
